[5215] in testers
I think xmixer didn't get installed in 9.1

I'm not super up to speed on how to find out the exact
path that the panel menu uses to run the xmixer app, but I think
it may be missing.
Menu->Audio->xmixer (linux)
doesn't start anything on my Linux box (and it used to in 9.0).
xmixer
at the shell sez command not found.
