I don't remember who did this (but it is very good that it was done.)
Someone added additional MIME types so that things like word and excel
docs could be displayed from inside evolution.
Now that OpenOffice 1.0 and StarOffice 1.0 are deployed to Athena, the
MIME configuration should change to start one of them rather than
StarOffice 5.2.
