I used ~# to see the open connections.
Killed zwgc and confirmed its connection was closed.
Then when I did 'exit', ssh actually correctly exited this time.
I reconnected and immediately exited, and it hung.
When it hung none of the ~ escapes worked.
Killing the ssh process from another window got me my terminal window
back.
