As far as rpmupdate is concerned, at least, the Vorbis RPMs have been
locally de-installed on opus. libvorbis and vorbis-tools are new in the
9.1 release; rpmupdate has no way to know that they are outgrowths of
the stuff which was deinstalled. You'd still have the problem with sox
anyway.
You'll need to reinstall those RPMs to do the update, or remove sox and
add the new vorbis RPMs to /etc/athena/rpmupdate.exceptions.
