At least the solaris sipbtcsh binary is so old that it uses class HS
queries for ~user resolution when the user isn't in the password
file. Class HS has been deprecated for year and has finally broken in
Athena 9.1 (bind 9.2). sipbtcsh should probably be recompiled so
people (admittedly, there are probably less than 100 of us) don't lose,
though I'll admit my personal solution was to switch to Athena tcsh on
machines running Athena 9.0 or later.
