I will agree with Ezra that there should be no tcsh(1) on the system
since there is no program by that name on the packs.
When csh(1) documents the tsch features found in our /bin/csh
binary, then the tcsh(1) man page can be removed. Until then,
removing it results in a severe documentation void.
It took long enough to get csh(1) and tcsh(1) [almost] up-to-date
and describing [almost] all the features of the shell; to remove
tcsh(1) now without adding the documentation found in it to csh(1)
would be a bad mistake.
