I agree - the tcsh man page should be installed. I have fixed the man
page. The following is a list of man pages that were removed in this
release. Some were replaced by ones that should be there (kerberos) or
because they were old and they reside elsewhere now (section n), or they
shoyld never have been installed (AFS).
