Suspicious SGI O2 console error

not-for-reuse, my O2, took the 9.0.11 autoupdate this afternoon. It was
running the xlogin screensaver and the following just appeared on the console.
I have no justification for saying it's related to 9.0.11, in fact, it suggests
hardware trouble to me, but I've never seen it before, and if someone else
does, we should worry:
