I've noticed SunBlades reboot very weirdly. Most of this is from
spy-hunter, but I've seen the same thing on poit the couple times I
rebooted it.
As soon as the reboot starts, the disk starts thrashing wildly. Pressing
any key on the keyboard results in random gibberish being printed to the
console. Often, the screen behind the console turns to black and white
gibbersh too. After a moderate period of thrashing, the machine does
reboot normally.
This is not a problem, per se but it may confuse people. It may also
cause people to hard-power the machine, since pressing the power switch
while this is happening is completely ineffective and the machine is
acting oddly enough that it seems to warrent attention.
Anyway, I'd be at least curious to know what causes this, and would
kinda like to see it fixed if possible.
