I have just taken a look at the sources for gprof and I do not see any
reason why the program is setgid on the vax/rt!! The only evidence that
exists is a RCS Makefile on paris which indicates that win changed the
makefile not to install setgid kmem, but I guess it never propogated to
the packs.
Unless anyone can come up with a reason no, I believe we should 1)
fix the makefile on minos, and 2) fix the permissions on the packs in 6.3B.
