I remember we did some tweeking to the coloring of the title bar when
the window is active.
I wonder if we need to tweek it some more. The menu button is not quite
visible, and the 3d on the little boxes is not quite visible. (Perhaps
this is an artifact of my monitor brightness being too low?)
