It appears that pine periodically saves the current message being composed
in ~/#picoNNNNN# (where NNNNN is presumably the PID), and doesn't have any
obvious way to disable this or change the filename used.
This might be an unpleasant surprise to some of the intersection of people
who use pine and have world-readable home directories..
