On scarecrow, RT 6.4A, as root I tried:
scarecrow# attach -m /mnt bldgw20-rtusr-63B
bldgw20-rtusr-63B: Can't mount on /mnt - Block device required
This is an RVD filesystem. It should have spun it up on vd0a, then
mounted it on /mnt instead of /urvd. It complained and didn't spin it
up or mount it anywhere.

This is caused by a bug in attach. The next release, which will be
announced shortly, will correct this problem.
