SGI 8.4.15 problem: /usr/lib/devicelib is trashed

When I updated one of my SGI machines to 8.4.15, track removed the
directory /usr/lib/devicelib, replacing it with a regular file. It
looks like our kludged Zip 250 library is installed in the srvd as
/usr/lib/devicelib, instead of /usr/lib/devicelib/dev_zip250.so.
