Why does this exist? Doesn't it either belong in the "X10" filesystem
in the bitbucket?
I would vote for putting X10 in "bitbucket", but I don't think that will
happen. :) Anyway, I do agree that it should be moved off... I will
check with operations whether I can frob with that locker again to add
that as it has been set for no write-access.
