/usr/athena/bin/blanche is an attachandrun script that calls blanche
in the moira locker; this is why running the version out of the moira
locker directly doesn't result in this behavior.
The problem should only appear if you're running an attachandrun
script with a set of tickets different from the ones with which you got
zephyr subs, making it the sort of problem only power users are ever
likely to notice. If the behavior bothers you, you should "add -f
moira" in your dotfiles or do something equivalent to put the moira
locker ahead of /usr/athena/bin in your path. (you should also be able
to play games with having your ticket swapping aliases do things to
$WGFILE, but that seems unnecessarily complex).
