Shouldn't the new system packs use the "n" filesystem mode (no
authentication, read-only)?
Systems using these packs have the new attach, which understands this.
Unfortunately, 6.3B machines will then be unable to update. In order to
start using this convention for system packs, we must have the new
attach already out.
