So, /usr/dt/lib/libDtSvc.so.1 belongs to a Sun package named
SUNWdtbas. In an effort to conserve filesystem space and update time,
we don't install most of the SUNWdt packages, on the theory that
nothing cares about them.
Well, apparently, xemacs includes some CDE drag and drop support.
I guess we will add SUNWdtbas in the next patch release.
