The 8.3.x to 8.4.x update has been broken for a week or so. It should
be fixed now. So far I have only heard one report of someone (ajfox)
getting bit. I am not certain what the recovery instructions should
be, since I am not sure of the extent of the damage; I think doing:
pkgadd -d /install/cdrom SUNWcsu
patchadd -u -M /install/patches/patches.link 106541-09
patchadd -u -M /install/patches/patches.link 106793-03
patchadd -u -M /install/patches/patches.link 107451-02
patchadd -u -M /install/patches/patches.link 107454-03
patchadd -u -M /install/patches/patches.link 107544-03
patchadd -u -M /install/patches/patches.link 107792-02
patchadd -u -M /install/patches/patches.link 108301-01
patchadd -u -M /install/patches/patches.link 108482-01
as root (and answering "y" a lot) should fix the problems.
