bug w/error message in Palladium

I tried to print using 'pdpr' when my Kerberos tickets had expired
and got the error message:

pdpr: You do not have the priveleges necessary

(This happened both with the 6.3 version and that in /afs/testers/system/pss.)

John Carr recommended reporting this as a bug.
