Some relevant questions:
1. Does it look like you might have run out of disk space?
2. Does /var/sadm/pkg/SUNWtoo exist?
3. Are you missing the other files listed in
/afs/dev.mit.edu/system/sun4x_57/install/cdrom/SUNWtoo/pkgmap?
