C-x m uses a variable to determine what to send mail with, which is
good. mh-e resets this variable to mh-send whenever you ask it to do
anything, which is annoying.
Presumably mh-send simply doesn't go through comp and thus doesn't
know how to use the components file.
Neither of these bits of behavior are things we're likely to want to
patch locally.
