Revision 1.1 in /mit/raeburn/sendbug.sh,v has its own whatnow loop for
the non-MH case. (Revision 1.2 is the one used in the 6.4A release at
the moment.) Given that the `whatnow' program would create the
.mh_profile file, it's silly to use it in the non-MH case.
I don't know how to better test for MH. But if it's Athena's official
mail system, perhaps it's "acceptable" to force people to use it for
this one application? What should we do for the general case to
determine which of several mail systems available people want to use?
Perhaps the test should be punted, and we should just always use
`comp'?
