What's wrong:
The fields to be filled in aren't specific enough. They say only
"[Please fill this in.]"
What should have happened:
They should say something more specific, like "[Please replace
this line with your information.]". The wording needs work, but you get
the idea (tell the user to replace, rather than fill in, the lines that
need replacing).
