I agree that Fundamental would be a better choice for *scratch* than
Text Fill. I'm a little reluctant to change the behavior towards the
end of beta, since it wouldn't give people much time to complain.
("You don't like the behavior change? Sorry, we're already in early
test...") I'm willing to be convinced, though.
