xss doesn't actually disable builtin screensaver

On SGIs, the monitor power-off happens after 10 minutes, regardless of
xss.  xss still prints a message when it starts saying that this has
been disabled.  Running "xset s off" doesn't seem to disable it (I
would guess that this is what xss already runs).

I've noticed this on an O2 (smoke-screen).  It's always been the case
for as long as I've been noticing that the monitor power-off ignores
the screen saver on indys as well as O2s, so it's only an 8.3 bug in as
much as xss is affected by it (xlockmore also claims to disable the
power saving thing, but doesn't on steve-dallas).
