I've put out 8.3.5 in the dev cell for both platforms. Changes
include:

	* emacs has leim support installed.
	* movemail is built against the right Kerberos library on
	  Solaris.
	* A buffer overrun was fixed in attach.
	* The output of "attach" with no arguments is more like it
	  used to be.
	* attach can deal with zero-length attachtab entries.
	* dsgrep doesn't case-fold its subject output when -i is
	  given.
	* A null pointer dereference bug was fixed in olcd.
	* write exits more loudly if it gets a read error or
	  unexpected EOF.
	* zctl doesn't die if it can't canonicalize the hostname, and
zwgc will use the uncanonicalized hostname instead of the
empty string for %canon% in that case.
	* /usr/athena/bin/cancel is gone.
	* CD-ROM devices are forced to readable on public IRIX
	  machines.
	* 1TS.ORG has been added to the kerberos configs.
	* The mail syslog file on IRIX won't get stomped any more.
	* Mail to foo@mit will go to foo@mit.edu again.
	* On Solaris, vold.conf has a change to put zip drives under
	  volume management.
	* The default dotfiles should work with sipb tcsh.
	* We don't run sendmail -bz at startup any more.
	* reactivate will nuke an /etc/athena/access file on public
	  machines.
	* The IRIX 8.3 update will work on non-syncconfig machines.
	* lprng has been upgraded to 3.6.1.
	* nmh uses spost instead of post by default, which gets rid of
	  the annoying bcc behavior.
	* The nmh backup prefix is set to .# instead of ,.
	* The /usr/athena/etc/slocal symlink has been corrected (it
	  was misspelled).
	* ulimit should work in /bin/athena/tcsh on IRIX.
	* MakeTeXPK will exit quickly and silently instead of slowly
and noisily. This makes the handling of \small as good as
	  it was in 8.2.
	* xscreensaver has lock/unlock command support.
	* xscreensaver should stop complaining about jobs created from
	  the splash screen exiting abnormally
