xss logs me out

On sweet-transvestite, a Creator 3D Ultra 10 using both the
Creator 3D card and the m64 onboard framebuffer, using xss to lock my
screen results in my getting logged out of the machine. This doesn't
happen on another Creator 3d Ultra 10 using only the Creator 3d card, so
I'd guess the problem is with xss's support for locking multiple
displays.
