antharia crashed at (according to xlogin) 05:16:31 on Saturday. No
response to anything short of a paperclip. After rebooting, it had
zero-length passwd and group files, which made IRIX fail a lot more
than you'd expect it to. I eventually managed to use the install CDs
to boot and fix the two files, after which it came up fine.
