IRIX update problem if SYNCCONFIG != true

smoke-screen encountered a network problem at the end of the update to
IRIX 6.5. In previous releases, syncconf wrote the netmask and
broadcast clauses in /etc/config/ifconfig-1.options as separate lines,
but the 6.5 network script fails if the options file is not one line,
and config's the interface off.

On most machines, athena.config will run syncconf when the machine
reboots at the end of the update, which will rewrite the options file
as one line. However, if rc.conf does not have SYNCCONFIG=true,
syncconf won't run, and the now-broken options file remains. Changing
the file to be one line and rebooting allows the update to finish.

So, assuming the update is not supposed to force syncconf to run, I
guess the version script will need to explicitly rewrite the options
file.
