I had noticed this in nmh run locally, and was considering fixing it
inside of nmh, (make -cc implicitly set -group) but hadn't looked at
it seriously yet. Do you think that changing nmh is the Wrong Thing?
Do you think that changing nmh is something that won't happen for the
release?
