There aren't any significant changes between MH and nmh, although
there are lots of cosmetic ones.
I like the new scan behavior.
I _don't_ like the new show behavior, which no one has commented on
yet, presumably because no one reads their mail on the command line.
It's icky. But I'll be submitting patches for that, probably after the
release team meeting.
