	The patch in question only prevents olc{,r} from losing on
machines with very long hostnames.  None of the actual consulting
machines in olcr are afflicted with the problem ; I only happened to
notice on my personal machine at home.  It would be nice if the binary
was available, but this is definitely a want and not a need, and I don't
really think it's a big enough deal to bother Greg with.
