exmh and "xauth" warnings

I've compiled a version of wish that copes with x11r6's reporting
of xhost'ed hosts, and installed the new wish in the tcl locker.
The old binaries have been moved out of the way -- I'll remove
them in a few days.

The new version will permit Tk send to work even if the
xhost list includes :0.0, localhost:0.0, or hostname:0.0.

Note that Tk send (still) refuses to work if the xhost list
includes remote machines -- like, for example, x.dialup.mit.edu.
This is mostly a judgment call; I didn't want to allow random
people on x.dialup to rebind users' "Inc" buttons.

Anyway, rar and others who'd like to use "exmh-async emacs" as
their editor should again be able to do so.
