Oops, sorry to not respond to this.
/usr/athena/bin/tftp was part of CNS and, before that, Athena Kerberos
4. Kerberized tftp is not especially useful, and I think kerberized
tftp was mainly a not very good example program. However, independent
of its Kerberos functionality, it did have a slightly more useful
interface for scripts.
I'd rather not put it back into the release, since it doesn't serve a
compelling function.
