This message means that those three lockers don't have the appropriate
/arch/@sys/bin directories set up, either as links or as their own
builds, but that 8.2 is clever enough to use the nearest compatible
one. It's an issue that you want to raise with the maintainers of the
lockers in question, not an 8.2 bug.
When noticing new behavior in an 8.2 machine, you might want to dig
through the testers discuss meeting to see if it's been mentioned
before; this was most recently brought up by Naomi a little over a
week ago.
