I logged in as 'sipbtest', which appears to have default and normal
dotfiles. I found that my path (as displayed by 'echo $path')
was only ( /usr/bin /usr/sbin ). unsetenv-ing ENV_SET and sourcing
.cshrc gave me a full path.
I had tokens in the athena cell (where the sipbtest account resides).
Logging out and logging back in, this problem did not recurr.
I can't account for this rationally and it's quite disturbing.
