My understanding is that this means the locker foo did not have
an entry in the arch directory that was the exact match for
the current release. The software attempts to use a reasonable
fall back in this case; i.e., the last release version etc.
The message is a warning to users and to the locker owner
that we are trying to help, but you may have problems. If
the out of date version that we fall back to does not work
with the new release, knowing that you are using compatibility
may help.
I'd advise that when you see the compatibility message, you
send the locker owner a reminder to fix up the locker.
These messages should disappear as the locker owners correct
their setups.
