/etc/nocreate and /etc/noremote are deprecated in 8.2 in favor of
access(5), and may even be desupported in the 8.3 release. Rather
than directing users to library functions, I would prefer to direct
them to access(5) from the xlogin man page. If we want to continue to
document /etc/nocreate and /etc/noremote from a non-developer
viewpoint, we should create a man page for them (installed by libal)
and cross-reference them in access(5).
