Yes, this breaks anything that tries to include the bitmap, since
bitmaps named `foo' are required to define foo_height, foo_width, and
foo_bits.
This only comes up if you manage to include /usr/athena/include/X11
before the `normal' X stuff, so it's easy to miss. I believe that I
reported it once before, a long time ago, but I've forgotten...
