There seems to be a bug in 8.2.3 Solaris-Athena such that if one has
their exposure set to opstaff, running "zctl unhide" does not make them
zephyr visible. However, running "zctl set exposure net-visible" does
make me zephyr visible. The problem is local to the 8.2.3 machine. On
all 8.1 machines, I have no such problem.
The specific 8.2.3 Suns I've tested and observed this problem with
are coup-detat and the-guardian-of-forever.
