It looks like nanny is not cleaning up the utmp entry after a console
session (that's the tport entry...).

As root, you can run chkutent, which will report on and repair stale
utmp(x) entries.  It runs nightly out of cron, so will only show problems
from today; since your sipb0 entry was apparently from the previous day,
chkutent must not have thought it was a stale entry.
