I was experiencing what appeared to be a very consistant 2 hour idle
timeout.  I also didn't see any documentation that 0 was no timeout or
I would have tried that, rather than the excessive interval I picked.

I'm not sure that adding a timeout solved the problem, so it's
possible that I misdiagnosed it and that the fault is somewhere like
the tcpforwarder that I'm using.  I'll do som more looking.
