SGI login bug

So, I tried to login to opus, one of the SGIs in SIPB. I got a
console, but nothing else (I got someone else logged in to log in to
the machine remotely and kill my login, and they found no processes on
the machine running as me). I'm told that I'm not the first one to
observe this since the upgrade, but I don't know if it's been reported
here yet.
