I have a guess as to how this happened (probably it couldn't be
chmod'd 4511, suggesting that miki installed a package with her null
instance at some point). Here are other mode 777 files on our packs,
which look like they're probably that way in stock Solaris:

	./var/log/sysidconfig.log
	./usr/bin/admintool
	./opt/SUNWrtvc/examples/rtvc_capture_movie
	./opt/SUNWrtvc/examples/rtvc_display
	./opt/SUNWrtvc/examples/rtvc_video_conference
