Okay, I looked into this. The libAL code is working just fine, but
the Transarc code is, unfortunately, not. Recent versions of the AFS
client have a fencepost in the IRIX 5.3 setgroups routine, so you have
to be in more more than 12 groups plus the primary group. Sigh. I'll
submit a patch.
