What's wrong:
The X server does not seem to be refreshing properly. This is kind of
vague but occurs when running xtank with the new X server. The xtank
window becomes scattered with bitmaps. I can demonstrate. This did not
happen when using the old Xserver.
What should have happened:
I should be able to play xtank :)

All the X servers are messed up. The compile options were incorrect
(due to some stupidity in the configuration files, in my opinion).
There will soon be an incremental update that replaces the X server and
a couple other binaries (including the RT kernel/bootblocks).
