Yes, I just noticed this problem as well. It looks like the 6.3 desktop
management is handled differently from 5.3/6.2; there's a conversion
that runs when you first login to 6.3. We may well need to break out
the .desktop_indy directory by release and/or hardware, e.g. add a
.desktop_o2 directory.
