emacs mode for "comp"

On an O2, if you run "comp" with your editor set to emacs, the editor
comes up with the mail buffer in Fundamental mode.  On the suns, at
least, emacs comes up in MH-Letter mode, which is a bit more
intelligent about filling paragraphs.
