One way to do this is to add to the previously mentioned patch to
check for root. Yuck.
The other way to do this is to pre-create the file that flags whether
this message has already been seen. It resides under .desktop_indy/
configchecks/checkxsession. Eh. We could put it on the srvd, but track
won't track it unless we also add it to the subscriptions file. Yuck.
If we do nothing, root will see the message just once, on its first X
login after installation.
